Dispatch Fee
The rate is set by the time your appointment starts. It pays for the trip and a real diagnosis, and you get a flat repair price before any work begins.
System replacement estimates are always free. True Care Club members pay a reduced dispatch fee, and there is no dispatch fee on a failure covered by a labor warranty package. Full details in our terms and conditions.
